The standards of proficiency for speech and language therapists
The standards of proficiency that speech and language therapists must meet in order to join, and remain on, the HCPC Register.
Proof of identity and address
We require certified copies to prove your identity including a change of name document, if applicable
Providing translations
For any documents which are not in English, you will also need to provide a certified copy of an official translation
